Max is a college student and he is doing really well, but Max wants to do more than just study all the time.
He would like to be more independent and earn money himself. Max likes the idea of being able to study and
having a job at the same time.
That is why he is out looking for a part-time job. But what kind of job would suit him?
Something in the catering industry? Working as a shop assistant? Driving?
In this unit, we will look at some job vacancies in a local paper, together with Max.
We will also weigh the pros and cons of different kinds of jobs.
