At my fitness centre they told me that exercise improves blood high density
cholesterol, so that the efficiency of your heart and lungs is increased.
Plus it increases fat burning enzymes.
Well, if you exercise regularly you will be less at risk of major illnesses such
as diabetes and heart disease. It also improves bone calcium and it decreases
stress. And I must tell you it does, you actually feel it after a few times already.
What is my main motivation to go to the fitness centre is that exercise
improves your appearance, because it improves your posture and makes you
more muscular. Obviously, exercise burns calories, so I lost quite a bit of
weight already. Since I started going, people actually tell me I look better,
which is for me the greatest proof that it is actually working.
I go to the fitness centre at least three times a week, mainly because exercise
increases stamina and productivity. I now feel that my overall condition has
improved. I get less tired when I'm doing other sports. Also because regular
exercise reduces pain and stiffness and it increases flexibility and physical
capability. And you know what? When you are actually there, you will feel that
doing all these different exercises is real fun. Moreover, it enhances your social
life, it improves your self image, and it will increase your opportunities to make
