The prepositions for means of transport
The preposition that usually accompanies means of transport is by. Thus:
by car
by coach
by ferry
by plane
Eurostar and Hoverspeed are special cases, because these are not really
means of transport, but rather proper names (eigennamen). Thus the
following are possible:
by/with Eurostar
by/with Hoverspeed
