The claim
The whole area of Hackney suffered a power cut during the weekend. On Friday evening 17 December, around eight o'clock, the electricity was cut off and it was only on Sunday morning at eight o'clock that the lights went back on.
Samuel has filled in his data in a

to apply for compensation.
